Before speaking at a leadership conference
I am the owner of 3 businesses, 2 local (San Diego) and one national scale. Typically, I give motivational speeches about business for small, medium or large assemblies. I address conferences, large-scale meetings and small group leadership groups. My education and real-world life experiences are utilized, in addition, to humor and strong unity.

April 29, 2016Mr. Jones made a serious impact on all of us. He kept saying, "these are not walls before you, they are speed bumps." Eventually, he had everyone saying that. We loved the way he involved everyone, spoke clearly and seemed very cognizant about surviving the work place. I cannot say enough...but thank you Mr. Jones.
