I will deliver a 30 - 60 minute talk on change readiness for technology implementations. Typically, the talks are interactive; I like audience participation. THis requires additional mics and runners in the audience, unless it is a small, more intimate setting (less than 50 people).
I was once accused of being an instigator and a trouble-maker. While I don't deny this, I prefer to think of myself as an innovator and a change agent.
I started out as a technical trainer, project manager and jack-of-all-trades in technical implementations. After several years in the pharmaceutical industry, I startd my own OCM consulting practice.
As a speaker and industry expert, it is my goal to encourage purposeful change through training and communications. I am passionate about helping people use technology to do their jobs better and not to fear it.
Typically, I am on a stage with a hand- held mic and a screen for any PowerPoints I may need.
