Tonya Caston is the owner and creator of TCreations Graphics and More. Tonya is a freelance graphic designer and photographer. Her clientele includes a diverse array of businesses and organizations, both large and small. She is thrilled by the interesting design projects she has completed since going into business for herself. From Individual Photo Sessions to Group sessions to special events and Photo Booth services, she enjoys the creative challenge, working directly with her clients, and pushing herself to produce the best work possible.

Photographer Booking Policy
Location Costs & Fees
If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location.

A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking in order to reserve your session. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session. No part of any order, including proofs, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Your time and date is not reserved until the deposit is received full and clear. Therefore, the deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation with less than 1-week notice. If you cancel with less than 1-week notice, you forfeit your deposit and may not reschedule without a new deposit. Re-scheduling may occur to save your deposit if you give at least 1-week notice and the date is rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original reserved date or if there is a family emergency or serious illness. I cannot always guarantee an available date four weeks out but will try my best to accommodate. Re-scheduling of the date due to bad weather may occur at my discretion only.
COPYRIGHT: As a client of TCreations , I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by TCreations, PHOTOGRAPHER; Tonya Caston, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.
*Session Requests

*No cameras/camcorders/any type of recording device (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and photographer, including a written agreement. The photographer will not continue if there are other cameras or videotaping during the session.

*Session starts at the agreed-upon time. It is strongly encouraged that the client arrives 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. This allows for any last-minute wardrobe changes or make-up touch-ups.

*Please do not bring any children not being photographed to the session.

*Please avoid eating or drinking red or orange food or drinks before session, as red and orange tend to leave a stain on the face.

By booking TCreations Graphics and More, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such. *
