October 11, 2020Tara Washington and her band were "Awesome Entertainers" the entire night. The dance music selections was the absolute greatest. She was so pleasant to work with and I truly look forward to bringing her back to the state of South Carolina, again, and again. I will be a fan for life of her performance that they put on at my event with those wonderful musicians.

Tara Washington began singing at the age of three and has since then performed in churches and venues all over the nation. She holds a Bachelors of Arts with a concentration in Music from Augusta University. She is currently one of the worship leaders at The Historic Tabernacle Baptist Church in Augusta, Ga and also a member of gospel group Trey McLaughlin and the Sounds of Zamar. Tara has had the opportunity to sing background vocals for James Fortune, LeAndria Johnson, Byron Cage, and Kieara “KiKi” Sheard. She enjoys singing, traveling, and spending time with her daughter. She is very passionate about early education and an advocate for fine arts in public schools. Tara hopes to continue spreading the joy of music all over the world and to leave a legacy of music for people to enjoy for years to come.
