Overview

Tara Elisha is an alternative rock musician who’s music is a mix of passionate ballads of human emotions and evocative songs that inspire defiance to a broken and corrupt system. With influences from Pink Floyd, The Cranberries, and Metric; Tara’s music has been described as “dark rock” referring to her haunting lyrics.

Based out of Kansas City, Tara has been recording original music and performing with her band around Kansas City, Lawrence, and other Midwest cities. What to expect

Tara’s songs provide the audience with a fantasy like sensation fused with passionate and emotional instrumentals. Some of these songs merely seek to observe human emotions; both the good and the bad. Still others decry a dystopian view of a corrupt world that cares little for the humanity that exists within it. Tara invites the audience to contemplate their own experiences dealing with these emotions and issues though the lyrics of her songs. Her songs provoke questions but leave the audience to come up with their own answers.

The client who books Tara Elisha and her band can expect a professional and passionate performance from a musician who gives her all on and off stage to make sure her music and her performance are the best that they can be. This passion in her work pleases a crowd and creates an atmosphere for everyone in the house to have a good time.
