Tahoe Fire Dancers

Tahoe Fire Dancers can add spark to any event from weddings to corporate events and birthday parties. We are happy to do provide roaming entertainment throughout the evening or put on a professional choreographed show that ranges from 15-45 minutes. You may choose from any LED or fire prop-- we have them all!

- Palm Candles and eating torches

- Fire Yoyo (diablo) and devil sticks
- Fire Clubs for juggling
- Rope Dart

- We can provide color changing fire elements and add sparkles (sklitter) to the fire for an additional fee.
- Most of these props we also provide in LED... just ask!

We are happy to provide daytime shows using clowns, juggling, hooping, face painting, and henna tattoos.

We also provide LED shows with state of the art technology and programmable poi, staff, and hoops meaning we can take any face, logo, or picture and upload it to our equipment to provide a personalized performance just for you!

Our fire shows include completely insured performers by Specialty Insurance with up to $2 million of insurance for the venue and additionally insured. If necessary, we will provide permitting through the fire department to ensure a safe environment for you and your guests.

We provide professional costuming and makeup for each event. If you have a preference of costuming, please specify and we can usually accommodate. If new costuming is necessary there may be an additional fee.

We also have highly trained professional fire photographers and videographers we can include in our fees.

The Tahoe Fire Dancers provide outstanding and unique performances across Lake Tahoe. Our signature quality and originality is achieved by providing a variety of performers, tools, dance styles, themes and costumes, music, choreography and performance lengths. Every performance is designed specifically to fit the needs of your event. Contact Tahoe Fire Dancers with the details for your event and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

-Fire permitting (if necessary) will come at an additional fee.
-please provide additionally insured info including address, phone, email, and contact of venue.
- We can provide sound system at additional fee.
- Lighting will be an additional fee.
- We require at least a 15 x 15 foot area to perform away from audience members and flammable surfaces.
- We must have a fuel station at least 10 feet away from performance area that is not used for foot traffic.
- Barriers, cones, and caution tape can provide another form of security and safety for your guests.
- One paid safety per every 2-3 performers will be required for each performance.
- Gas, travel, lodging, and meal expenses will also be included in our fees.
- If possible, snacks and meals should be provided for performers and safeties.
- Access to a green room, up close parking or drop off area are important aspects of what we require.
- Perfromers may use titanium and color changing fire material at additional fees.
- Fire department and management may decide to cancel the performance due to unsafe conditions such as wind or rain.
