TACIT is a Jazz band based in central Oklahoma that have been playing the local scene since 2016. We perform a wide variety of jazz standards in genres from the roaring’20s to contemporary in flexible and intuitive ways to fit any venue or occasion. From sophisticated background music for your event to full on dance party, or both TACIT is here for you. We are gearing up for the upcoming holiday season with some great Christmas jazz and are excited to be ramping up our repertoire with more of the beloved “Charlie Brown “ Christmas songs that were so well received last season.

September 11, 2025Prior to the event, they confirmed twice. This kept me from feeling nervous. The band showed up early to our venue for my dad’s retirement party. Plenty of time to get set up and do sound checks before guests arrived. Their song list was extensive and sounded wonderful! They know how to read a room for mood and volume. Great Communication, professional, kind, and talented are just a few words that describe these gentlemen. I highly recommend them and we will use them again for our next big event.
