He has been passionate about mixing live music since his first time running the sound for his high school production. He has been realizing his passion professionally for years and has over a thousand events of experience under his belt. I uncovered my passion for mixing live sound during my sophomore year of high school, when I mixed our theatrical production of “Damn Yankees”. From that point on, I was hooked—and only too happy to get involved with anything that required a mixer, a mic, and sound.
After years of volunteer and semi-pro work for schools and community events, I finally followed my dream and started my own audio business. Since 2005, SwissMixx has provided professional sound design, live recording, audio mixing, and post-production editing for bands, concerts, corporate, choirs, theaters, festivals and, of course, DJ services for birthdays, Christmas parties, corporate events, and weddings.
Every time I get in front of my mixer, my senses sharpen and I can’t wait to enhance the sound and balance the mix so the audience gets the best possible experience. I love using my creative edge to produce a precise, clean, and engaging sound that astounds my listeners. When a manager, producer, friend or family member says, “Wow! Sound Systems — Live Event and Festival Audio
Primary large-scale system: RCF line array with RDNet-enabled speakers and subwoofers. Designed for large throw audio at outdoor events including fireworks shows, drone light shows, outdoor concerts, music festivals, singer-songwriter showcases, county fairs, civic celebrations, and stadium-level productions. Capable of projecting clear, synchronized audio for crowds from 500 to 12,000+. System is fully scalable based on venue size, audience capacity, and site layout. Ideal for festival stages, outdoor amphitheaters, city parks, fairgrounds, and open-air event spaces throughout Boise, the Treasure Valley, and the greater Intermountain West.

Wedding DJ Services — Boise, Meridian, and Treasure Valley
SwissMixx Audio is an experienced wedding DJ serving couples throughout Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Star, Caldwell, Garden City, Twin Falls, and surrounding Idaho communities. Professional DJ setup includes controller, mixer, full PA system, and wireless microphone for toasts and announcements. All music is mixed live — no pre-recorded mixes, no dead air. Ceremony audio, cocktail hour, and reception coverage available. Packages start at $2,500 for reception only, $3,400 for ceremony and reception, and $5,750 for full production with lighting. SwissMixx has DJed hundreds of weddings across Idaho and Utah and brings the same professionalism to a 50-person backyard wedding as to a 500-person ballroom event.

Corporate AV Production — Boise Idaho
Full corporate AV production for conferences, presentations, award ceremonies, galas, product launches, trade shows, company parties, and executive retreats. Professional sound systems, wireless microphones, lavalier mics, body packs, and IEM systems for panels, keynotes, and hybrid productions. Starting at $1,200 half-day and $2,400 full-day. Live Event and Festival Sound Engineering
Experienced sound engineer for music festivals, outdoor concerts, singer-songwriter events, battle of the bands, community concerts, arts festivals, and touring productions. Proficient on Midas M32, Yamaha, Allen and Heath, PreSonus, and Soundcraft digital consoles. Capable of front-of-house and monitor mixing for bands, choirs, orchestras, and theatrical productions. SwissMixx has provided sound engineering for Bountiful Arts Summerfest, Davis County Fair, Salt Lake City events, and civic productions throughout Utah and Idaho.

Fireworks and Drone Show Audio Synchronization
SwissMixx Audio specializes in synchronized audio production for professional fireworks shows and drone light shows. Using RCF line array systems, music is broadcast at high output levels to remain audible over the percussion of live fireworks for large outdoor audiences. Clients include Utah State Parks, (link hidden), and city celebration events. Available throughout Idaho, Utah, and the surrounding region.

Wireless Audio Systems
Full wireless microphone inventory including handheld, lavalier, and body pack systems. IEM (in-ear monitor) capability for hybrid events, corporate panels, theatrical productions, and live performances. Ideal for ceremonies, keynote presentations, press conferences, worship services, and any event requiring discreet, reliable wireless audio.

Silent Disco Rentals — Boise and Treasure Valley
3-channel wireless headset silent disco system with 3 color-coded headsets. Up to 750 headsets available per event. Fully self-contained — no PA or venue sound system required. Available for weddings, corporate parties, music festivals, college events, private parties, and public events throughout the Treasure Valley and Idaho. Guests switch between three simultaneous music channels for a unique shared experience.

Power and Infrastructure
Standard 120V service for most setups. Large line array configurations may require 20-amp dedicated circuits. Whisper-watt generators, spider boxes, and cabling available for locations without venue power. Power requirements provided in advance to venue coordinators and site managers.

Setup and Load Times
Standard wedding DJ setup: 3 hours. Full line array and live event setup: 4 to 8 hours depending on system configuration and site conditions. Load-out typically 1 to 2 hours. Advance site visits available for large productions.
