January 10, 2022Her beautiful harp was perfect for our daughter’s wedding
Susanna played at our daughter’s wedding ceremony and the music was beautiful, exciting, and serene. The music fit [or created ]the perfect mood and setting. The bride and groom were very glad I suggested Susanna. Everyone loved her beautiful music and were amazed at how perfect the harp music was for that special day.
On a more personal level, I was so happy to have contributed to the planning of their event in helping to select the beautiful harp for the wedding ceremony. I listened to Susanna’s beautiful video home concert and recognized her artistry and versatility, and knew she was the perfect choice.

It is her delight to perfectly complement the atmosphere of your event and to meet your personal tastes with a specially tailored assortment of music.
Susanna is a passionate and experienced music educator and performer based in Houston, Texas. Recent highlights include a trio performance entitled "Celestial Wanderings" at Archway Gallery and an appearance as the wedding ceremony harpist on Netflix's Love Is Blind Season 5. She is a founding member of AURORA – a harp, flute, and cello ensemble embracing classical repertoire while championing contemporary music by emerging composers. Previously, she performed with Shoso Duo – a shakuhachi and harp ensemble merging western and eastern cultures and music – and The New Houston Harp Ensemble.
Susanna has performed with Central Texas Philharmonic, Symphony of Southeast Texas, Houston Civic Symphony, Symphony North of Houston, Fort Bend Symphony Orchestra and has soloed with Baytown Symphony Orchestra, Energy Corridor of Houston Orchestra and Lone Star Symphony Orchestra. Additional booking notes
This depends on the venue. Most venues for weddings and smaller parties do not require any amplification. Larger reception venues, concert halls, and churches will require the harp to be amplified with a mic. Alternately, I have a piezo pickup with a 1/4 inch plug that can connect directly to the sound system.
