About

Hello,
I am a country girl from Arkansas living in the big town of Rockford Illinois. At the age of 16 I wanted to be a race car driver, I was on my dad's pit crew. He passed away,my life went to a different turn. I had my first child when I was a senior in high school. I got tired of being slapped around, I left her dad. I met someone else, had a son. After 7 years I got tired of being emotionally and mentally abused, got a divorce. I met someone else and was in a domestic relationship for 6 years, wanted to remain friends so we split. I got my AA degree in 2014, I was going for my behavior therapist degree. I had always worked two jobs taking care of others in assisted living or at a gas station. Being on stage has been my feel good place because I can be someone else and forget any issues that were going on in my life at the time. Being in Arkansas was peaceful, I love the country life however I wanted more in my life. I went into law working at the jail, again changing my path in life I was going into criminal justice. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't happy although my family and friends thought I was happy all the time. I was too busy trying to make everyone else happy, I ,forgot about me. My oldest child calls me " Sunshine in Human Form" My sister passed away in 2009 and I shut down. I had a hard time dealing with her death because I couldn't save her. My mom died less that 2 years ago of liver failure from Alcohol, we had just started to build our relationship. I knew I wanted more in my life and I had to get away from Arkansas to do it, well at least the small town I was in. I moved to Michigan with my friend and her family, we were going to start a business together, that didn't work out. I started going to auditions in Chicago and realized how much I enjoy show business. I moved to Rockford with a friend, and then she moved to Missouri and I stayed here. I have been an extra in Chicago shows, a couple commercials. In 2019 I had the opportunity to go to LA for a 3 day summit. I waitress, worked at UPS and a school just to save the money for my LA trip. So much fun! March 2020 I finally got my own place, lost all jobs ( waitress, actor) used all my savings before things opened back up and started waitress and bar tending again. I currently work at a Plasma place saving lives. Stepping out of my comfort zone from bad relationships, mending ties with my son, getting out of Arkansas, going to LA has built my confidence up. Losing loved ones in the process has been a hard journey as well but I have finally found my purpose in life that is to spread happiness wherever I go because I never know what someone else is going through. I have a sister and brother left in Arkansas and just met a sister, ( another sister passed) and two more brothers in Florida two years ago. I have kept myself so busy for the last several years, I didn't know who I was. I am a mom, sister, daughter, grand daughter. I am unstoppable. I may not have a lot to show but I have accomplished a lot emotionally and mentally. I will not let anyone run over me again. I sing and dance no matter who is watching or listening. I wear many hats and I like to laugh and have fun. I know my family in heaven are watching down on me and smiling. My message is stepping out of your box builds confidence. Baby steps not huge steps. One step at a time and you can and will accomplish anything in life. I don't live in the past anymore. My confidence wasn't always good. I was told I would never amount to anything. I enjoy performing and sending out good vibes. My theory is as long as I can make one person smile then I am doing my job.
I would like to help people get out of their box and help build confidence speaking to graduating classes, high school, women's group.
