Our team arrives early to allow time for setup before guests arrive. Most services require at least 30 minutes for setup, while larger activations and custom stations may require additional time depending on the scope of the event.
We provide everything needed for our services, including supplies, equipment, tablescape elements, and setup materials when applicable. For stations such as The Keepsake Press Bar, Create Your Own Cup Station, Dry Rub BBQ Stations, Hair Tinsel, and Snap & Go Keychains, guests can expect a hands-on experience where they leave with a personalized item or memory from the event.
For character performers, mermaids, and stilt walkers, we can often customize costumes and presentation to better match your event theme and overall aesthetic. Stilt performances do require a private changing area to ensure the best possible experience and keeping the illusion alive.
Throughout the booking process, we stay in communication leading up to your event and during the event as needed. Our goal is always to create a smooth, stress-free experience while delivering entertainment and activations that guests will be talking about long after the event ends.
