What can you expect from Storytime with Santa Bryan?

For a regular event, gathering, or setting, Santa will bring his love of working with children and his love of Christmas to full bear for your event. As an "undercover teacher" by day, Santa is an avid storyteller, with several stories to share about the origin of some of our most cherished Christmas legends, such as "Why do we put a lump of coal in naughty children's stockings?" "Why do we hang our stockings by the fireplace on Christmas Eve?" and "How do Reindeer fly?"

Santa brings a little "Santa Magic" to the party with a magical storybook sure to wow even the most skeptical of children (and some adults)!

Candy Canes and Christmas Bells are available for every child in attendance. Please let Santa know how many children he can expect so that he can be prepared!

If gifts are to be given out, please make sure each child's name is written prominently on the package. Santa has his own toy sack, so set aside a quiet place for Santa to fill his sack before meeting the children.

Children LOVE to see Santa come in, so ensure the meeting space is set up for Santa to make his "grand entrance."

After storytime, Santa will stay and answer any questions the children have, and he might even lead a sing-along for everyone (Mom and Dad, you have to sing too and set a good example for the boys and girls!).

Santa is also available for professional photo sessions; details can be discussed at the booking and will differ from a standard booking. Santa is VERY photogenic and is very good at holding babies (he had a lot of them himself, and even has a few grandchildren)!

Parades and Christmas tree lightings are also available; again, details can be discussed at booking, as they will differ from a standard visit.

You can be sure that Santa will arrive 15-30 minutes before the event time. If a small room for Santa to get "into character" is available, this would be ideal. If there is no room to change, please have a location for Santa to park out of the chldren's view to help preserve the wonder of the occasion.

On the rare occasion that ANYTHING were to go wrong, you will be contacted as soon as possible to make sure your event wasn't disrupted and you get the full benefits agreed to.

A well-lit space is super important; Santa doesn't want to sit in a dark corner looking all dreary! He also struggles to see in the dark, so the brighter the better!
Santa can provide his own chair, but if you have one you prefer, that works too!
Santa's robes are warm and cozy; if possible, seats near the fireplace should be avoided unless there is no better option. A large window, next to a Christmas tree, or an open wall all work best! Avoid window backdrops, though, if you expect a lot of pictures!
If individual visits with Santa are on the docket, please have a responsible adult handy to help with the children; Santa wants to give EACH child the attention they deserve!

Sing-alongs are fun, but Santa would appreciate the lyrics if we're singing "unique" carols. His memory, like his eyesight, isn't what it used to be!

For professional photo services with photographers, Santa has a flat fee that can be discussed at the booking, depending on session length and what is required.

(Santa wouldn't complain about a glass of milk and a cookie, but that's TOTALLY optional...Ho Ho Ho!!)
