During your visit, you can anticipate a grand entrance by Santa, a meet and greet session, individual meetings with each child, photo opportunities, reading of a story, and singing (fun, not professional). Santa is also happy to hand out provided gifts.
School Visits: Personalized visits from Santa to create unforgettable memories with fun-filled activities for children in the classroom.
Home Visits: Santa can tell stories, lead carols and pass out presents around the Christmas tree in your home making a magical memory. He also loves photo shoots for family pictures and Christmas cards.
Corporate Events & Office Parties: Bring joy to your workplace with a special visit from Santa Claus. Santa can hand out presents/bonuses, spread Christmas cheer and record messages for children.
Hospitals & Care Homes: Santa visits individual patients at hospitals (please check with hospital staff prior to booking).
Santa can also take your senior residents or hospice patients back in time to relive their childhood Christmas memories. Often these visits are at no charge.
Tree Lightings & Parades: Hire Santa and Mrs. Claus for your hometown Christmas parade today. Santa loves to ride on firetrucks, floats, tractors and classic cars.
Mrs. Claus: Make your holiday experience even more special by inviting Mrs. Claus to join Santa. Together, we bring warmth, laughter, and joy to children and families, making every visit magical and memorable.

There are lots of people who play Santa, but Santa Meik wants to be the very best he can be which is why he has joined the World Wide Santa Claus Network and completed the online Santa Certification. Often referred to as the "Stanford" of Santa Schools, the The Worldwide Santa Claus Network is the go-to location for those who want to learn what to do & say as Santa.

Meik has worked with children as a school teacher, as a coach, and as a parent. He has been a counselor at Royal Family Kid's Camp and involved with his church. He is an Air Force Veteran and worked in law enforcement for more than 30 years. He has a wedding ministry as well.

Meik has a heart for children and a love for the magic of Christmas.

Due to the nature of our traditional outfits, it is necessary that we have periodic breaks and that the performance location be cool and comfortable, we recommend 65 -70 degrees. A break of ten minutes after each 90 minutes of work is requested, and in no instance, shall any performer be required to work longer than 2 hours without a break. If indoors or outdoors in a warm environment, client will supply a fan for the performer and appropriate breaks will be necessary. It is assumed that all events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if event is held outdoors, and therefore cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted. Should any activities at the event venue create a volatile, or harmful situation that may endanger the talent; or be of a nature unbecoming or negative to traditional Christmas/Holiday activities; or if there is any presence of illegal substances or activities; Santa Meik has full rights to immediately terminate appearance and leave or remove his person from the venue. Furthermore, the client will still be liable for the full value of the contract. All photos taken by individuals, or professional photographers must remain respectful, family-friendly, and in line with generally accepted community standards. Santa and Mrs. Claus will not pose in any photos containing alcohol, tobacco, or illicit drugs. Clients may use images featuring Santa Meik, Mrs. Claus and any other characters associated with Santa Claus Memories in the following manner: Photos may be used on Clients official website, social media platforms, and in both digital and print marketing aimed at their customers. In return Santa Meik requests use of the same photos for promotional purposes and marketing, with the understanding that the photographer owns all rights to the photos and will be credited on any photos used. Santa Meik never uses photos including children, without parental consent. It is therefore assumed that consent has been obtained/given on all photos of children provided to Santa Claus Memories by any photographer.

Refund policy: Should it become necessary for client to cancel this booking a cancellation fee will be charged: For cancellations more than 90 days before the event, the cancelation fee will be 25% of the retainer; For cancellations between 61 and 90 days before, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the retainer; For cancellations between 31 and 60 days before, the cancellation fee will be 75% of the retainer; For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to event, the full retainer will be kept.. Bookings of 30 minutes or less are limited to Private single-family home visits. All other Corporate or private residence, in-home parties are a minimum of one hour. Special events are a minimum of two-hour booking. Exceptions are at the discretion of Santa Claus Memories. For Special Events, Santa Meik will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to appearance unless otherwise stipulated above in this agreement. Requests to arrive more than 15 minutes, for walk-thru or rehearsals, will be billed at 50% of the applicable rate. All rates quoted above include mileage. All costumes are standard Holiday Dress.
