50% deposit is required 1 week before event to reserve professional bartender and payment forms accepted include: cash and check.
We want our customers to be happy and refuse to bill any item not invoiced and agreed to in advance.
Our professional is ready for any type of event and can dress in black tie with option of silver or black vest (other colors provided by you), unmarked black t shirt and classy jeans, or themed "costumes" can be provided at your cost.
We can cover any event ITP and can accommodate any OTP event up to 30 miles away from Sandy Springs area. Any additional driving necessary for your event will be billed at a rate of $0.10/mile.
In the event you decide to have our team provide you with specialty Drink Offerings from our menu that require us to make an ingredient that cannot be readily purchased (ie. simple syrup, mint syrup) or an entire drink that needs to be made ahead we will do so no more than 12 hours before your event to ensure quality and will keep all batch drinks refrigerated until your event. Any ingredients we may need to create these drinks will be billed to the deposit total.
At Stir it Up we want you to sit back and let us do the shopping! If given a minimum of two weeks notice we will procure what is needed for your event, price it out and if you approve the budget we will buy the supplies needed. All amounts are estimates based on 7% sales tax and a 5% convenience fee and will be billed prior to purchase for your items. Any unbilled amount will be added to the final invoice.
We base our rates on arrival time until event end. Estimated prices are not final quotes and are subject to change due to duration of services provided.
Once we arrive we set up the bar, prepare beverages that need to be chilled, arrange bartending tools and cutting all garnishes.
We recommend a set up time allotment of 2 hours depending on complexity of drinks served. NOTE: Some batch drinks (spiked punch, mint juleps, etc.) require overnight prep at a rate of $10/premade batch drink and will be billed to the deposit invoice paid before the event.
