Business attire was not professional for event. Demanded tips from guests. Was rude to multiple guests. Denied drinks to guests 21 and up. All alcohol and mixers were provided for her. The only expectation was for her to mix and pour to age appropriate guests. As well as keeping the bar area clean and in working condition. Received numerous complaints of said behavior all night. At the end of the night she sent a message demanded a tip from me. Typically, I don’t leave negative reviews and tend towards giving private feedback. However, even after messaging her with the feedback she denied everything. She then proceeded to make false accusations of guests that attended the party inclusive of my husband. Was unable to give clear answers of said accusations and waited until after the feedback to voice these allegations.

Boom Boom did a terric job at our outdoor event. Keisha and the team were engaging and accommodating. I would definitely book again.

She arrived way before time to set up and did her thing. My guess was Happy on how she kept the line short at all times mind you she works alone and I had over 100 guests. And any drink that was wanted was Made to Perfect and with love.
