Motivating and inspiring leaders and teams is my passion. Sometimes we need a dose of "motivation" which is simply someone or something outside of ourselves that gives us new information, new ideas, or new vision. That's great and we all need that from time to time! But, what's even better is inspiring people. "Inspiration" is helping people overcome limiting beliefs, lack of confidence, fear of failure, burnout and more. Inspiration moves people to see, once again, that they have what it takes inside themselves to be successfu! My years of developing leaders and teams and my training with the John Maxwell Team have uniquely prepared me to add value through speaking, teaching and coaching.
