July 12, 2024Perfect for our patio takeover event!
We had Stephanie out for a 65 person event on the patio of a local pub. She arrived extra early to make sure she was set up, required no direction from me, and played great tune reading the vibe of the room and acting accordingly. I plan to hire her again in the future for this type of event.
Hired as: Singing Guitarist

About
Charleston-based Stefanie Potter is an uplifting “artist of the heart” who writes therapeutic and socially conscious music, influenced by her experiences as a social worker and her compassionate faith. She helps us see the unseen, hear the unheard, and connect across divides, because connection brings healing.
Stefanie’s music blends genres and influences, with most of it in the range of soulful indie rock fusion. Her performances—whether solo, duo, or full band—strike a balance between meaningful depth, spunky determination, and quirky fun.
With over 150 original songs, Stefanie has performed at several original music festivals, received an invitation for a Nashville-based artist development gathering, opened for an internationally touring comedian, and was selected out of over 2000 applicants to perform at the Cooper River Bridge Run for three years. Her music has been shared on OHM Radio Charleston, the award-winning “Women of Substance” podcast, various independent radio stations, playlists, magazines, blog features, and news sources. She has released 3 EPs as an independent artist, with the most recent being completely self-produced.
Stefanie started playing guitar at age six with her father’s church group in Hilton, NY, and has been a gigging musician since 2002. She began writing music regularly in her teens, as a way to process hard times and bring some beauty into a broken world. Stefanie fronted a rock band that released 3 EPs and performed consistently around Western New York for 10 years. After solo/duo work for another decade, Charleston-based “Ceramic Hearts” formed in 2023 to provide a full band experience for Stefanie’s music.
