Overview
Jazz/Rock covers of the songs of Steely Dan. Grooves are true to the original studio recordings, while approaching solos from a new perspective which gives listeners something fresh and interesting to hear.
The small band format still achieves a full sound, while providing a more intimate setting and adding versatility for additional venue/booking options. A high-level of musicianship and extensive combined gigging experience provides for a solid, entertaining performance.

What to expect
Steely Jazz is a four-piece band, including a Singer/Saxophonist, Keyboardist, Drummer and Bassist. We furnish most of our own equipment or can work the venue in any aspects.
We require a minimum 30 minutes to setup before the gig, and breakdown equipment after the gig. More time is preferable if possible.
We can perform sets of music ranging from 60-90 minutes of music. Special song requests may be satisfied in advance.
