SpiritLine is the name of my Christian/inspirational band. We are a husband and wife duo that sing our own original songs. We just completed a cross Canada Tour(before Covid) where we were joined by other artists in many provinces in which we performed.
We have our own sound system. The last two summers we have offered our new "Front Porch Concert" series once a month where we perform and also give other artists a chance to headline the shows. Neighbours and friends gather on our lawn to enjoy the music and we have had a great response to these evening.
I play guitar and djembé and Terry plays bass and guitar. We both sing.
Our show runs about an hour or we can do two 45 minute sets.

SpiritLine will bring their own sound system so we'll need to be in a space near some outlets.
We will sing our original tunes , tell stories about where the song ideas originated , about our relationship as married ( to each other) musicians, and you will hear nice harmonies and several instrument's.
Our music tries to uplift and bring hope in our often troubled world.
We are "SpiritLine",( Terry and Laura Bachynski) and as a duo we like to perform our own original songs.
Terry recently released his first album called "Terry's Greatest Hits" a bit of a 'wink wink' nod to his years of writing and performing but just jumping to the best songs...ha ha.
Laura has three albums and is working on her 4th at the moment.

SpiritLine returned from a cross Canada Tour where they played in venues in every single province right up to the start of the pandemic where they decided to forgo the last 6 shows. They enjoyed a great response from their 40 performances .
Laura is also a visual artist and also enjoys painting and illustrating childrens' books.
Terry paints as well and has just written a full musical about the life of his father.
His music is more on the folk /storytelling style side and Laura's can be described as inspirational/Christian.
We want to leave our audiences with a sense of hope , a feeling of happiness, and songs that will reach their hearts in some way.
The two of us will need a stage or playing area large enough to incorporate our Bose Sound System, 2 guitars, a djembe, and a bass guitar. We will also have two microphones and 3 stools ( possibly 2 music stands). If we add a person or 2 to the band we will let you know far in advance .
We will usually play 2 -45 minute sets divided by a 20 minute intermission or a 45 minute - 1 hour concert. This can be modified by agreement of both parties. Our music is all original .
Laura was influenced greatly in her younger years by the sounds of Carol King, James Taylor, Chicago and Steely Dan. In later years she was influenced by Eva Cassidy and Sarah Groves to name but two.
