Spirit Wing's performance includes original contemporary Native American Music along with traditional Eastern Woodland songs and dance (inviting the audience to participate if space is available). Barbara Andrews-Christy on Native Flute and Barry Lee on guitar.
If your venue would want a full band, we typically perform with Chris Hawley on bass and Doug Penglase on percussion to provide a full complete stage sound. When we are all there, our set can include Chicago style Blues music with the Native Flute as a primary lead instrument, giving the music a unique and special feel.
Barry is MC at many Powwows. Emcee work can be packaged with a Spirit Wing booking.
They arrived, set up and played wonderfully. Great people to work with. Definitely will have them entertain again.
As part of the celebratory ceremony, Spirit Wing (Barry and Barbara) did a traditional dance, gave what is commonly called the Boy Scout Eagle Charge, and ended with another traditional dance. They were a terrific addition to my son's Boy Scout Eagle Court of Honor! Thank you Spirit Wing. - Tom F.
Price Range: $300-$1600
