Spencer Kornrich Music

Spencer's piano playing will create an elegant mood for any event. He brings a professional and friendly demeanor that will make guests feel at ease and welcome. He will arrive 15-30 minutes early if piano is provided, and 45-60 minutes early if he's required to bring his own electric keyboard.

From the start, Spencer was addicted to music. Growing up with a musician as a father, he started playing drums at a very young age. After the passing of his grandfather (also a musician), his family inherited a Steinway. Around the age of 10, Spencer began tinkering on the piano, searching for beautiful melodies that drums could not create. He played throughout middle school and high school, performing solos around the community, including the Rochester International Jazz Festival.
He attended Nazareth University’s School of Music in Rochester New York, where he graduated with a degree in Music/Business. He studied classical piano under Brian Preston and jazz piano under Brad Batz. He played in the school’s Big Band Jazz Ensemble and Jazz Combo, but he always admired playing solo.
Since graduating, he has performed for wedding ceremonies, churches, private functions and cruises. He is eager to share his passion for music in his community and more.

I only need a piano, and if one is not available I will gladly bring my electric keyboard.
