July 24, 2024I had a celebration and I needed help as a bartender myself, I was extremely lucky and grateful to have Spencer. His drinks are on point! Ingredients, pours and presentation are the first 3 things I can think of. 💕 (oh and Spencer has great personality) when I need a private bartender again I got his digits. You be crazy to not hire Spencer!

Most of the time I just tell him to make what hes in the mood for and he grants me a new experience. Excellent listener as well and very accomodating and patient. Ask him for his signature cocktail and prepare for a delight!

My education includes a Certificate of Mixology from All-Star Bartenders Training, Inc. in New York, a B.A. in International Business from USF, and an instrument rated pilot's license. As of current, I do not have my own portable bar (but your bookings will help me save up for one!). You will need to provide the service area and spirits/beverages that you would like served. I will provide the service and all bartending equipment such as shakers, mixing glasses, muddlers, etc.
