Everyone has trials and tribulations in this life but how we get through them makes the world of difference. I am one of those people that was in an abusive relationship and eventually found my strength to move on with my life and take back control. I use my experience to help others and make a podcast called Speaking from Experience so people could hear about my journey. I motivate women, teenage girls, and men as well to strive for something more. Being emotionally and mentally abused is just as bad as physically. So, let's get back our strength so we can take better care of ourselves and our families.
