About

Crystal S. Tramack is a retired US Army Medical Service Corps Officer and Disabled Veteran. A graduate of Saint Augustine’s College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance and Wellness. Earned a Masters of Arts degree in Physical Education Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina-Pembroke. A mother and native of Alexandria, VA. Served in various leadership roles, and received multiple military awards and decorations. As a former full scholarship collegiate Track and Field sprinter, and now Masters competitor she is passionate about improving women's health and wellness. Current Senior Federal Program Manager, CEO of Resourcefully Criss, LLC, Speaker, Coach and Author.
