Our band plays danceable, approachable music from the 70's to today.
Our musical genre is a mix of pop and classic rock from the 70’s to today. From Springsteen to Bruno Mars to Taylor Swift. We try to keep it really fun for the crowd and keep them dancing.
We have been playing clubs and festivals in S. Ontario since 2014 and between us there is more than 150 years of playing experience.

September 26, 2016These guys were awesome! They sound great both vocals and musical instruments, well put together. They make people want to get up and dance. They brought a crowd with them. They were recommended to us from another band. We had a very busy night here. People kept coming in and I was told that they were great. It was fun.

Now fronted by an explosive new lead female vocalist, we blend rock royalty like Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, and Fleetwood Mac with modern icons like Alanis, Miley Cyrus, and Amy Winehouse. From rock anthems (AC/DC, The Hip, Bryan Adams) to upbeat Motown, country, and dance hits.
The dance floor fills early, the energy stays high, and your crowd stays full until last call.
Available for both daytime events and night shows.
Southpawz is a 5-piece band based in the Greater Toronto Area and was formed in 2014.
We provide fun, entertaining and sometimes uniquely nostalgic music. Music influences include rock and roll, soul, R&B and popular music
We have lights, PA etc. and can roll all of our own gear if needed.
Our normal footprint is 11 channels in a PA but we can work with 8 if needed.
Stage footprint is approximately 9 X 15
