I love food, I love people and I love bringing people together over great food! My favorite style of food is good old southern cooking, any thing from fried green tomatoes to all smoked meats. I've been a chef for 8 years and have been in the kitchen since I was 15, I have worked with many different styles of food including Greek, Irish, steak seafood and lowcountry style. I'm elated to cater to you and your party with a customized menu. I have catered parties of all sizes and am always ready for a good ol' cook out! Cheers!
