SouthCross is a Christian Rock Band comprised of 4 ex- Rock-Country Band members that now Rock for Jesus. Danny Ray McClellan is the front man, lead singer and song writer for SouthCross. We play all original Christian songs with a variation of music styles intended to reach everyone in the audience with a word of inspiration. Steve Taff lead guitar a Natural (listen to our audio) Bass Player Dallas Tucker, can thump a bass, sing and loves the lord. Drummer Mark Trudeau is an unbelievable Stickman and back up vocalist He also leads a prison ministry here locally in Tallahassee. We are a Musical Ministry.

November 26, 2014This band is wonderful and obviously created by God here on earth. These 4 musicians are extremely talented and blend their expertise for the greatness of God. Dan, Steve, David and Mark all put their souls into their playing and it shows. If you have the opportunity to experience their music, you will not leave empty handed. He purposely writes songs that the words can easily be understood, thereby the message is able to be communicated the first time a listener hears the song.
Every song is a type of testimony whether a praise or worship song all songs point to Jesus.
The band is comprised of talented musicians that are skilled on there instruments, you will not be let down by the energy and sound and tightness of this band.
We are more of a concert band in that we perform mostly original songs, however we do sprinkle in some old and newer favorites here and there to keep everyone engaged.
We love to perform for fund raisers and special causes to help raise money thats one reason we keep our fee as low as we can to not be burdensome on those type of events.
