Sound & Stillness is a unique live music yoga experience blending soothing acoustic sounds with gentle, mindful movement. I provide a live soundtrack of calming guitar, vocals, and textures while a yoga instructor leads a yin or slow-flow practice.
Perfect for wellness events, festivals, studios, corporate retreats, and community gatherings. We tailor each session to your space—intimate indoors or open-air. Available for one-time events or series. Sound system provided if needed.

Sound & Stillness is pure magic. The live acoustic music added such depth and calm (the singer/guitarist was incredibly talented and created a beautiful atmosphere). The yoga instructor was clear, calming, and so helpful with posture adjustments. I left feeling grounded, open, and totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

Michael brings a special live music component to Yoga and does it in a way that matches wonderfully with the instructor. For sure, this is different from canned background music used in most Yoga studios. Give it a try!
