For clients who already have equipment in place, we offer freelance services including Front of House FOH engineering, monitor mixing, RF coordination, console operation, and system optimization. We are experienced with industry standard digital consoles and wireless platforms and can step into existing production environments seamlessly.

Live Sound
The aim of Sound Motivation Productions is to provide quality live sound reinforcement and PA systems for musicians, bands, singers, djs, and presenters. We mix with a strong attention to detail, in order to make performers and presenters look and sound great on stage, and present a sound that is pleasing to your event guests. From 2-channel mixers and turntables for djs, wireless microphones for singers and presenters, to large mixing consoles for bands with digital processing, and PA systems that can accommodate 1,000 or more attendees at your event, we've got you covered.

Audio Capabilities
We provide full range PA systems with subwoofers suitable for small to mid size events, along with wireless and wired microphone systems, digital mixing consoles, stage routing, and multitrack recording when requested. Systems are deployed and tuned using measurement tools to ensure proper coverage, clarity, and controlled low frequency response.

We are experienced with digital console workflows, Dante networking, RF coordination, and wireless frequency management. We can operate as full production with gear or integrate into existing house systems as FOH or monitor engineer.

Power Requirements
For full production, dedicated and stable power is required. Standard 120V 20A circuits are sufficient for most small to mid size indoor events. Larger events may require multiple dedicated circuits or tie in to venue power. Clean, isolated power is strongly preferred to prevent noise and interference.

Space Requirements
Adequate space is required for speaker placement, subwoofer deployment, and a front of house mix position. A clear line of sight from FOH to stage is strongly recommended for proper mix control. Stage dimensions and layout should be confirmed in advance.

Wireless Coordination
When using wireless microphones or in ear systems, frequency coordination is performed in advance when possible. Information about other wireless devices being used on site should be communicated ahead of time to avoid interference.

Lighting and Staging
Basic event lighting can be accommodated upon request. For larger productions requiring advanced lighting design, rigging, truss, or staging builds, we can coordinate with third party production vendors. Stage plots and input lists are requested in advance for band or multi speaker events.

Setup and Load In
Load in times vary depending on event scale. Small systems typically require 1 to 2 hours for setup and tuning. Larger or more complex events require additional time. Access to venue loading areas, elevators, and parking should be confirmed prior to event day.

Communication
Clear communication with event planners, venue managers, and performers ensures smooth execution. We provide advance planning calls when needed and confirm technical details before the event date.
