I offer a menu of services that you can choose from or size for the appropriate performance:
• Digital mixer up to 32 channels
• 8 monitor feeds (speaker wedge or IEM, or mixture)
• Up to four 15" EV Tour-X speaker mains
• Up to four 18" EV Tour-X speaker subs
• Tablet-controlled monitors, all tablets supplied
• All mics/cables/DI boxes/snakes/stands, including drum mics
• Dedicated engineer, mixing the entire show (not just "set-and-forget")
• Music played on set-breaks
• Toast mics also available
• Various levels of stage lighting with a dedicated lighting operator
• Two smaller PAs to choose from for outdoor ceremonies

There is no deposit, never a cancellation fee (even on the day of), and no mileage within San Antonio.

Note: We do have one requirement of a 2'x4' area in front and center (some distance away is OK), to operate the sound and lights from our "tech table" that we supply, which is completely battery-operated and wireless, and covered with a black spandex tablecloth. The table does not have to be in view until performance time.

My name is Benjamin Solomon, I have been a musician for over 40 years, studio engineer for 9, and live audio engineer for the past 6 years providing sound and lights for live bands, wedding events, corporate parties, and small festivals.

The focus I have is on Customer Service and ensuring that the end production I supply exceeds your the expectations. I am happiest when I know that everyone had a good time, the performers were comfortable on stage, and you got the performance that you wanted.

When booking, only count your performance time. (There's no additional charge for set-up/teardown time.)
Generally require 3 hours for set-up and 2.5 for tear-down. Steps and rocky/sandy terrain is a challenge so please let me know if this is a consideration.

A 2'x4' area must be supplied in front of system for a "tech table" to operate sound (and lights), which can be covered with a nice black spandex tablecloth, and operated completely wirelessly (we supply).

Stage and equipment area must be dry, flat, and level, covered, and with ample power supply; pure sine-wave only (generators). Depending on the sound and lighting required, anywhere from two to five 18A circuits may be required (usual in most buildings). Cannot operate outside when wet or during rain or storm.

Coverage area includes travel in and from San Antonio area, to Austin, to Schulenburg, to Victoria, to Jourdanton, to Devine, to Hondo, to Bandera, to Kerrville, or to Johnson City. Anywhere else outside area is $.60/mile one-way.
