Technical Requirements for Sound Love Entertainment

To ensure the best possible experience for your event, here are the technical requirements and setup needs for Sound Love Entertainment:

1. Performance Space & Setup Requirements
   •   Minimum Space Needed: At least 8 ft x 6 ft for the DJ booth, speakers, and lighting setup. More space is recommended for larger setups.
   •   Surface: A flat, stable surface for equipment setup (tables, risers, or designated DJ area preferred).
   •   Shelter for Outdoor Events: A tent or covered area is required for outdoor events to protect equipment from weather conditions (rain, extreme sun, wind).

2. Electrical Requirements
   •   Minimum Power Needs:
      •   Two separate 15-20 amp circuits (standard household outlets) within 25 feet of the setup.
      •   If using advanced lighting and extra speakers, an additional dedicated circuit may be required.
   •   No Shared Power Sources: Avoid connecting DJ equipment to the same circuits as catering or high-power devices to prevent electrical overload.

3. Sound System & Speaker Placement
   •   Sound Love Entertainment provides a full professional sound system, including:
✅ Turbosound iNSPIRE iP2000 V2 Column PA System (sufficient for up to 250 guests)
✅ Wireless & wired microphones for announcements and speeches
✅ External mixer for audio balancing
   •   Optimal speaker placement is determined based on the venue layout to ensure even sound coverage.

4. Lighting & Effects Setup (Optional, Based on Package)
   •   Dance Floor Lighting: Includes moving head lights, LED uplights, and special effects.
   •   Fog or Haze Machines: Available upon request (venue must allow fog/haze effects).

5. Event Timing & Load-In Details
   •   Setup Time Required: 60-90 minutes before the event start time. More time may be needed for larger setups.
   •   Teardown Time: 30-60 minutes after the event.
   •   Early Access Recommended: Clients should confirm with the venue that early access is granted for setup.

6. Internet/Wi-Fi Access (If Streaming is Required)
   •   If the event requires live streaming or real-time song requests from online sources, a stable Wi-Fi or wired internet connection is preferred.

   •   Sound Love Entertainment is fully self-sufficient and brings all necessary equipment, including cables, microphones, and backup gear.
