Sound Healing with Erica

A session begins with gentle breathwork, usually alternate nostril breathing, to help everyone settle in and feel balanced. From there, I guide a short intention-setting meditation before inviting guests to lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive the sound.

Crystal singing bowls are played in a way that supports deep relaxation and release. People often describe this part as calming, peaceful, and restorative.

At the end, I gently guide everyone back to a seated position, giving space to notice how they feel before closing. Guests typically leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

I’m a sound healing practitioner offering calming, heart-centered experiences that help people feel more balanced and at ease. My journey with sound began in Bali, where I first experienced the power of crystal singing bowls, and I later deepened my practice in Australia. Now based in Denver, I bring this experience to local communities through private gatherings and retreats.

Alongside sound healing, I’m in school to become a psychotherapist with a special interest in the healing potential of expanded states of consciousness. With my background as a registered nurse and passion for holistic well-being, I create safe and nurturing spaces where people can release stress, reconnect with themselves, and feel restored.

Clients often tell me they leave my sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rejuvenated—an experience that lingers long after the sound fades.

Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or blanket for comfort. A few extra mats can be provided upon request.
For my setup, I need a space of about 5 ft. by 3 ft. for myself, my crystal singing bowls, and a small carpet or decorative rug.
Guests will be lying down for the session, so please ensure there is enough space nearby for everyone to be comfortably positioned on the floor with their mats or blankets.
