Technical Requirements

Soul City Orchestra provides a top-notch professional sound and lighting system suitable for small, medium-sized and even large events. Our system is designed to deliver clear, powerful sound and vibrant stage lighting to create an exciting live concert atmosphere for your event. Our experienced crew handles setup, sound check, and operation throughout the performance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

For larger venues, outdoor festivals, or events with more than approximately 1000 guests, additional sound reinforcement or staging may be recommended. In those cases, we are happy to coordinate with your venue’s production team or an outside production company to ensure the best possible sound and stage presentation.

Basic requirements include:

Adequate stage or performance space (size depends on band configuration)

Access to reliable electrical power near the performance area

Covered stage or tent for outdoor performances in case of weather

A secure area for equipment setup and load-in

If your venue already has a professional sound system and lighting, our band can also work directly with the house production team.
