As a life coach and public speaker, my job is to inspire and uplift those who need spiritual insights and practical encouragement. My work is about helping others find balance and purpose. I've participated in events for the following organizations: California State University Long Beach, Sierra Service Project, Habitat for Humanity, The California-Pacific Conference of the United Methodist Church, and Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, and California Mentor.

October 26, 2017Carla came to a program orientation to speak to a group of parents who have young adults with developmental disabilities. She really put me at ease about letting go so that my son could learn the tools he needs to be more independent. She was funny and practical and believable.
