November 1, 2017Sergio was professional and patient. He worked with me prior to the event to make sure we had a shared understanding of what was needed and then reacted patiently and quickly as the band changed what they were asking for at the last minute (not that it ever happens - lol) . We had an overseas pop star from the late 90s come to sing at our event (at no small cost) and the entire evening hinged on the sound being just right. Sergio nailed it! He expertly handled picky musicians and adjusted the sound to fit the audience perfectly. It was a terrific night of music and dancing - our guests had a terrific time. Sounds Good is now my "Go To" for Gigs.
