Professional, reliable, responsible band members with full performance equipment plus audio engineer to ensure the best quality sound for the audience. We typically need 2 hours before the event to set up and sound check. And an hour after performance for take-down.

Sonik Rewind is a collaboration of years of experience and talent. Local residents hailing from Incline Village, Tahoe City and South Lake, Sonik Rewind band members are passionate about bringing back memories of good times and dancing through music. Their studio where they rehearse is located in Incline Village. Top of the line speaker and mixing equipment and a dedicated engineer ensures audiences receive the best sound experience.

Gary Burnell- Rhythm Guitar and backing vocals. In addition to throwing a solid rhythm to our songs, Gary is a walking encyclopedia of rock music from the 60’s, creating exciting danceable set lists for our audience. A retired teacher, he enjoys pickleball and family activities.
Steve Turnbloom-A drummer since high school, he has performed with several bands and is known as a rock-steady musician. Steve is a retired real estate broker who loves to ski, bike and camp.
Diana Turnbloom- Married to Steve, Diana recently started her career in music after retiring from the real estate industry. Known for her powerful voice, she is active in the industry subbing for other bands, dropping into bars for the occasional Karaoke, and working on solo gigs. In her spare time, she takes vocal lessons, hikes , camps and spends time with her 4 grandkiddos.
Mike Hudson-Lead Guitar extraordinaire. Mike’s been playing in the basin for over 20 years. His dedication to his art is seen through long hours of practice. Mike owns and operates Class A Roofing and enjoys winter paddleboarding on the lake and building his off-grid vacation home.
Paul Acri- Key man and powerful male co-lead singer. A recent transfer into the Tahoe area, Paul loves to hike in his spare time when not selling airplane tugs.
Chris Retta-Bass Guitar. Chris is a familiar face in the basin performing with jazz and blues musicians. His amazing ear keeps all of us in tune and on point! Chris currently helps out at his son’s welding business in South Lake. Side hobbies are car and motocross racing.

We also have a dedicated audio engineer to ensure the sound quality is perfect wherever we perform.
We have our own lighting and popup tent.

Need; 2 hour minimum to set up and sound check prior to performance and 1 hour take down after.
