Kijafa is a recording artist and Songwriter who has been known to dance, rap and freestyle during live performances. Her gospel roots shaped her into a soulful songstress in the R&B and hip hop realm and her voice and tone have been described as, "milky, smooth and sultry". This Compton native began her stretch as a Background Vocalist in 2009 and has since then moved on to collaborate with great artists, producers and musicians such as Stevie Wonder, the KJLH Radio Free Voices, Raphael Saadiq, Death Row artist Charlie Bereal, and a host of others. Today you can find this songbird hosting and singing throughout Los Angeles and House Singing for Tha Juice Joint, which is the hottest open mic jam on the West Coast. Kijafa stepped forward as a solo artist, vocal powerhouse and entertainer, releasing her debut single THEY DON'T KNOW in 2017. You can find her music on all digital platforms, including her love ballad, WATCH OUT featuring and produced by Grammy winning artist and guitarist, Jairus "J. Mo" Mozee as well as her anthem, LADIES STAND UP! produced by her husband Dee Martin and featuring the legendary DJ Battlecat. Kijafa made her acting debut in Grammy winning Durand Bernarr's OVERQUALIFIED video.
