For weddings, she can provide beautiful flute music for guest arrival and ceremonies, smooth saxophone for cocktail hour and dinner, and high-energy performances for grand entrances, first dances, and special moments. She can also perform alongside a DJ, blending live saxophone or flute with the DJ’s music to create an exciting party atmosphere.

Clients can request special songs for important moments, and Sofiia works closely with event planners, couples, DJs, and venues to make sure the performance fits the flow and style of the event.

I’m Sofiia Fitsula, a professional saxophonist and flutist with over a decade of international experience performing at weddings, corporate events, and cultural festivals. Originally from Ukraine and now based in Canada, I bring a soulful and sophisticated sound to every stage I play.

From high-energy weddings, birthday celebrations, bridal showers, cocktail parties, conventions, cultural events, dinner parties, fairs, festivals, fundraisers, memorial services, grand openings, holiday parties, launch events, product promotions, restaurant and bar shows, retirement parties, to unforgettable surprise moments—I’ve had the honor of performing around the world. One of my most meaningful highlights was a special performance at the British High Commissioner’s residence for Eurovision.

My journey includes solo, duo, and full band collaborations across genres such as pop, jazz, R&B, neo-soul, and folk. Each performance is tailored to the unique energy and style of the event.

I also run a growing YouTube channel, where I share expressive flute and saxophone covers of beloved classics and modern hits—telling musical stories that go beyond words.

Sofiia provides a professional, self-contained live music setup and can perform with minimal technical requirements.

• Sound: For most events, Sofiia can provide her own professional portable speaker and playback equipment. If the venue or DJ is providing sound, she can connect directly to the existing sound system.

• Microphone: A wireless or lapel microphone can be used when needed for announcements or special moments.

• DJ Integration: Sofiia can perform alongside a DJ and connect to the DJ’s sound system for seamless live saxophone or flute performances during dancing and high-energy portions of the event.

• Power: A standard electrical outlet is preferred when using venue sound equipment. For smaller outdoor performances, Sofiia can also use a portable battery-powered speaker.

• Space: A small, clear performance area is sufficient. No stage is required for most performances.

• Lighting: Standard venue lighting is generally sufficient. For evening parties, decorative or stage lighting can enhance the performance, but is not required.

• Setup: Allow approximately 15–20 minutes for setup when using her own sound equipment. Setup requirements may vary depending on the event and venue.

Sofiia will coordinate with the event planner, venue, or DJ in advance to ensure everything is ready for a smooth and professional performance.
