A Good Time Was Had By All!!

Smoke N Sixguns is such an enthusiastic and entertaining band, they totally had the crowd engaged and singing along. Each of the band members played multiple instruments and contributed to the vocals, making for a well blended sound. The lead (Jake Ritter) singer's dramatic portayal of the lyrics had an electric Rob Thomas quality at times, and the female (Ana Arrieta) singer's harmonies were spot on. However, when she took the lead on Bobby McGee, you would have sworn Janis Joplin just entered the room. The bassist (Rich Muenich) kept the heartbeat going strong with familiar sexy riffs that let you know just what song was coming next. And then there is the soul of the group (Vance Sarlow), who adds a blues-y swagger to it all whether he is belting out a song, waling on the guitar or creating an infectious rhythym on the drums. Loved it! Recommend them to anyone wanting good music and a fun time.
