Vanc (real name Virguel Vinson Jeanlouis) has distinguished himself as a true artist, by gaining expertise in the different aspects of music production such as song writing, sound engineering, rapping. Born in Brooklyn, NY in 1987, Vanc developed his lyrical skills in southwest Philadelphia-he owes his success to a strong work ethic combined with a unique style that’s equal parts Philly and Brooklyn. He started rapping when he was 16 years old, under his first rap name, V.I. Before the technical knowledge there was raw passion and love for music of every genre- his earliest inspirations are rappers such as Jay-Z, Fabolous, D.M.X, and Lil Wayne.
