Offering entertainment options such as Dj, Photobooth, saxophonist, Dj Drums Duo, and lighting packages for all kinds of events from Weddings, private events, bars, corporate events, and clubs. Steve, the owner, works with you personally to create a unique set list for your event. Skyhook Entertainment has curated an extensive library ranging from Motown, Soul, and R&B, to Funk, Pop, pop punk, Old School Hip Hop, and everything in between. This versatility and adaptability has propelled DJ Skyhook to become one of the premier DJs in the New York Tri-State Area.

Since he was in the womb, Steve was exposed to an eclectic assortment of music. He grew up in a family that actively played in bands, had music on in the home at all times, and took him to some of his first concerts. Since there were instruments always around he grew quite passionate to learn how to play instruments, especially the drums. In his teens, Steve became interested in punk, jazz, and hip hop culture. This eventually led him down a rabbit hole filled with vinyl records, music production, and DJ battles. He took this passion and started "Bedroom DJing," learning how to scratch and mix music on turntables and a mixer in his home. What was once a hobby carried him toward his first public gig at a local bar as a favor to a friend. In 2012, Steve began showcasing his turntable skills at both public and private events. From small to big crowds he developed the skills to party rock any event. At the same time he was a touring drummer and in multiple bands. He says " Music is everything.
