We are a three-piece alternative/indie band from Vancouver B.C. We play a mix of original music and covers. Our performances can range anywhere from high and fast-paced to slow and ambient. In November 2016, we released a full-length album, "llover", and are always writing and recording new songs.

for small quiet venues we can play minimal acoustic sets and for larger lively venues we can bring all our instruments and turn it up.
Our biggest priority is putting on an entertaining show, and from experience we know that the type of venue always matters for how we play!
Sleepy Gonzales is an independent original four-piece band from Surrey, BC. Cristian and Beni are twins and grew up playing music and writing songs together. They met Allyson in high school. Allyson’s sad, soothing voice is the balance on the scale between the twins. Nick comes from a punk background and brings an edge to the band dynamic. We love to play live and have an energetic raw performance style. Our first show together as Sleepy Gonzales was at the Roxy Nightclub in Vancouver, BC on November 18, 2017. We have released two Albums, llover (2017) and Dayna (2018) and have three official videos, Trudging Through the Afternoons (2017), Fossils (2017) and Wait So Long (2018). We released a new song Lucky Charms on August 27, 2018 which we are very proud of. We have three video projects currently in the works, llover, IFHY and Lucky Charmzz. We just released our EP The Joy of Painting on October 17th.
