Additional booking notes
The venue shall provide:
• Armless chairs for the musicians
• Access to electrical power
The performance area must be:
• Dry and level
• Sheltered from precipitation
• Shaded from direct sunlight
• No cooler than 55°F, no warmer than 90°F
• Of sufficient size for performance
If the event is outdoors, the client shall provide a suitable covered “rain location.” Failure to provide proper weather protection does not relieve clients of financial obligations under this Contract.
