AERIAL PERFORMANCE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Rigging & Safety (CRITICAL):
Professional rigger or rigging equipment REQUIRED for all aerial silk, hoop, or lyra performances (except when using lollipop, which will be provided by Robin - see below)
Minimum ceiling height: 12-14 feet for basic routines, 16+ feet preferred
Rigging points must support minimum 2,000 lbs (certified structural engineer assessment may be required)
Safety mats required beneath performance area (these can be provided by the performer)
For non-local events: aerial equipment must be shipped in advance or rented on-site

Lollipop Apparatus (Aerial Bartending):
Portable, self-supporting apparatus - no rigging required
Setup space: 8' x 8' minimum floor area
Standard ceiling height acceptable (9-10 feet)
Can be transported to venue

KEYNOTE PRESENTATION TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Audio/Visual:
Wireless lapel microphone (backup handheld mic recommended)
High-quality sound system for pre-recorded aerial performance audio (2.5 minutes)
Large screen projection capability for slides
Confidence monitor preferred
Standard lighting - no special requirements during speaking portion

Staging:
For combined aerial + keynote: elevated stage preferred but not required
Change area preferred
Standard presentation setup: podium/lectern optional, prefer to move freely

Advance Requirements:
Site visit or detailed venue specifications needed 30+ days prior for aerial components
Professional rigger contact information and scheduling required
Insurance: comprehensive liability coverage in place
Travel arrangements: equipment shipping coordination for non-local events

Timing Considerations:
Setup time: 2-3 hours for aerial rigging and safety checks
Performance duration: 60-90 minutes standard keynote, 4-8 hours for workshops
Breakdown: 1-2 hours post-event
