Sirkus Dayz

Recently, The Salvation Army in Western PA held a camp session for our older adult population (ages 50+) at our beautiful Camp Allegheny in Ellwood City. In an effort to bring the attendees back to their childhood after a bit of a rough year, we had a Circus theme titled "The Greatest Show". Each day held a special and memorable event for the attendees and on one day we held a Carnival complete with games, special foods and the feature - Sirkus Dayz! Penni and Josh came enthusiastically rolling with our change of having our carnival day in the gym due to some rainy weather and they made it work in every respect. They did stilt walking (even juggling while doing so), engaged the attendees in a hula hoop contest and walked around as attendees were eating and playing games to eat fire in their midst! Then towards the end of our carnival time they did a fire show set to music. It was amazing to see them do tricks with flaming hula hoops and larger devices that were twirled and spun and in some cases rolled down their bodies. It was amazing to see the skill level of handling their craft! I am still in awe of the feats they did that day. And we are so very grateful that they were a part of this special day of our Older Adult Ministries Camp.

I have had Sirkuz Dayz perform for a few of my events for Allegheny Aquatic Alliance and for the Regatta at Lake Arthur. They always amaze me and our attendees with a incredible performance! They are very friendly and approachable people. They have skills that you have to see live in person. Fire dancing/spinning, fire breathing, awesome drums, and energy for days. I would highly recommend hiring them for any event. Very professional and just all around kind people! 10 out of 10, 2 thumbs up!

We had performers with Sirkus Dayz perform at our library's annual End of Summer Ice Cream Party. It was awesome! The kids had a great time. There were stilt walkers, acrobatics, and more. They did a great job getting all the kids engaged and involved in hula hoop contests! There were smiles on every face - especially the parents. They loved it too. The real icing on the cake were the fire-breathers! They were amazing! The kids were glued to what was going on everything they were doing. The event is for everyone - children, teens, and adults. Sirkus Dayz was a hit with all of them. We are still fielding complments about how fun it was. Thank you Sirkus Dayz!! We already have them booked again for next year!
