My primary goal is to help people of color accelerate their career so that they can live the life that they want. The methods I use allows my clients to stand out as a top diverse candidate. Additionally, I have spent most of my career teaching about diversity, equity and Inclusion in the workplace. Sometimes showing up authentically as ourselves is harder than what it sounds because of societal views. After working with me in my clients achieve on average a 30% increase in salary and the confidence to navigate various workspaces to advocate for themselves.

Hi! My name is Sheila aka Coach Shei. I have spent most of my personal career and experiences helping my clients overcome various obstacles in their career and lives. My approach is to provide them with the support and coaching to champion and thrive in their career.
I have managed to uncover the secrets throughout my career that led me from a unfulfilled customer service role to a thriving career as a Senior HR Leader. I believe and know that there isn't a "catch-all" method or single approach that works for everyone. So, I continue to educate myself on the ever changing trends in the job market and apply them to my career. I then in turn, provide the most effective coaching tailor fit to my clients.
My education and background consist of being a first generation curve grad with s Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a MBA (Masters of Business Administration) and a Masters of Human Resources. I have experience partnering with government agencies, organizations, academic institutions, businesses, faith-based initiatives and communities seeking to advance their mission by promoting DEI values for the benefit and development of their workforce and communities served, while helping them enhance their business practices and decision-making processes.
I am a wife and mom to 3 beautiful children that are my heart and soul.
