Throughout my bartending journey, I have had the privilege of working in various establishments that has allowed me to develop a keen sense of mixology, honing my skills in creating innovative and delicious cocktails that leave a lasting impression on patrons.

In addition to my bartending expertise, I have also spent 6 years in the brewing industry, immersing myself in the world of craft beer. As a level 1 Cicerone, I have acquired an extensive knowledge of beer styles, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques. This expertise has enabled me to curate unique and memorable beer experiences for enthusiasts and novices alike.

But my passion for the beverage industry doesn't stop there. I am currently pursuing certification as a Certified Colorado Gardener, to further expanding my understanding of the ingredients that go into creating exceptional beverages. This endeavor allows me to explore the world of botanicals, herbs, and fruits, and how they can be incorporated into cocktails and brewing processes to enhance flavors and create truly remarkable libations.
