Choose from our stylish horse trailer bar Stetson($1000.00 Base fee plus a pp fee) for larger outdoor events or our chic portable bar(s) Weston our black portable bar($600 base fee plus a per person fee) or Daisy our white portable bar ($600 base fee plus a per person fee) ideal for indoor/ outdoor gatherings or we offer a “Bartender only” package $50 per hr, if your venue already has a bar.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIVE GOLD STARS — and that still doesn’t feel like enough.
Lisa and Savvy Sips made my entire engagement party. This is a night my future wife and I will remember for the rest of our lives, and Lisa is a huge reason why.
I live in Seattle and had never been to Denver, never been to the Clock Tower, and honestly didn’t know where to start. Lisa took ALL of that stress off my shoulders. From the beginning, she was proactive, organized, and constantly checking in—making sure every detail was perfect. Her professionalism is on another level, but what really stands out is how much she genuinely cares.
Her setup was absolutely stunning, and the drinks were next-level. But what completely blew everyone away were the custom edible drink toppers she made with my name and my future wife’s name on them. I never asked for that, and I definitely didn’t expect it. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch—and people could not stop talking about it all night.
She went above and beyond in every way—even carrying all of her equipment to the very top of the Denver Clock Tower just for us. That kind of work ethic is rare.
Lisa is personable, easygoing, hardworking, and truly one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. And on top of everything, her pricing is incredibly fair—you cannot beat the value she brings.
I would recommend her 1000 times over without hesitation. If I could have her at every single event in my life, I would.

Technical Requirements for Savvy Sips Mobile Bar Service
1. Space Requirements:
• Stetson (Horse Trailer Bar): Requires a level area of about 10x15 feet for setup, with space for guest access.
• Weston (Pop-Up Bar): Ideal for smaller spaces Weston is approx 6.5 feet long suitable for both indoor and outdoor setups.
Daisy our portable white bar is approx. 5.5 feet long suitable for indoor and outdoor space.
2. Access:
• Outdoor Events: Requires a paved or stable surface for trailer access.
• Indoor Events: Weston/Daisy need standard doorway access for indoor setup.
3. Power Supply:
• External Power Outlet: While our trailer has its own power source, we prefer to use an external outlet for optimal efficiency. An outlet within 50 feet is ideal.
4. Weather Considerations (Outdoor Events):
• Shelter is needed in case of rain, and shaded areas are recommended for summer events to keep drinks fresh.
5. Setup and Breakdown:
• Approximately 1-2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown.
