Whether through a workshop, keynote, panel, or break out session, each attendee will leave with a new revelation of the power they have to train and release their child to know God for themself now, rather than later!

It is always an honor to serve someone's ministry or organization so working with me would be a collaborative experience. You knows your audience the best so although God has shared some information with me, it is imperative that we work together to present the message in a way that would be most received by their audience! This collaboration would include customization of the amount of time for the presentation, format/structure of the room, and needs of their audience so I can ensure you are most satisfied with your experiences- both planning and the final delivery!

Shannon White is a lover of Jesus, wife, mom of 2, licensed professional school counselor for 250 students, youth mentor of 10+ years, youth minister for 10 years, published author, motivational speaker, mentor advisory board member for Fairfax County Public Schools, and founder of Kingdom Convos LLC.

Over the last 10 years, God trained Shannon's unique ability and passion to merge her love of Christ, counseling, and youth! Shannon has elevated parenting strategies to empower young people to walk in their God-given gifts - no matter what age they may be! Her strategies have equipped young people at the high, middle, elementary, and preschool level to be confident in who they are and experience God in a fresh way!

God has allowed Shannon to transform what it means to position your child for power in today's society so she is on a mission to use speaking engagements and her coaching program to empower moms to shift from a parenting to training mindset, according to Proverbs 22:6.

Motivating parents and faith-based organizations since 2013, Shannon has transformed how families set the stage for their young people to know what winning looks like when it is done Gods way and this is just the beginning!

I have spoken under many different circumstances so my only request is that clients let me know the set up of your event so that I can plan the most effective way to engage with your attendees.

I like to be as interactive as possible so knowing the following information helps customize your presentation:
- microphone (wireless or handheld)
- stage (raised stage or on floor with audience)
- room set up (classroom, u shaped, theater, grouped tables, etc.)
- PowerPoint preference of the client (I offer presentations with and without PowerPoint)
