Waitstaff will heat & pass your appetizers, set up, serve, replenish & break down your buffet, wrap up leftovers, put out dessert & coffee, cut your cake & also wrap that up. They walk around constantly cleaning up dirty cups & plates & changing garbage pails that are full.
Bartenders will set up your bar, cut your fruit, ice your beer & wine, make mixed drinks & maintain a clean bar. Bartenders are TIPS Certified. I can even help you with an alcohol and mixers list.
